REFUNDS & SHIPPING POLICY

1. Handcrafted and Made-to-Order Products

Each product from MK’s Nourished by Nature is handcrafted in small batches with care, prayer, and precision.

Because every item is made to order, natural variations in color, texture, and scent are expected — and part of the unique charm of handmade wellness products.

For this reason, all sales are final.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has left our studio.


2. Refund Eligibility

We take pride in every order that leaves our hands, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery at

Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so that we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Approved claims may be resolved through:

  • A replacement of the same item, or
  • A store credit toward your next purchase.

Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.


3. Shipping and Processing Times

All products are made fresh upon order.

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing and preparation before your order ships.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been fulfilled.

Delivery times vary based on carrier service, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.


4. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed to the carrier (UPS, USPS, or other partners), delivery is no longer under our control.

MK’s Nourished by Nature is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen after confirmed delivery.

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with your local post office or carrier.
  2. Verify your shipping address is correct.
  3. Contact the carrier to initiate a claim.

We will always do our best to assist you, but cannot issue replacements or refunds for confirmed deliveries.


5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address — email us immediately for assistance.


6. Custom Products and Consultations

Custom formulations and personal consultations are non-refundable once payment is received.

These services are crafted and scheduled specifically for you and require advance preparation.
